The club usually meets every Thursday night, 8pm to 10.00pm, at the Woodrush Sports Centre, Shawhurst Lane, Hollywood, Wythall, B47 5JW , please use the link to Map at the bottom of the page. If it is dark you should see the flood lights illuminating the all weather sports pitch. Please ask at the sports centre reception for the class location.

There is ample free parking at the sports centre.

There is no membership fee to join and the classes cost only £5 per session. Remember- first time is FREE!

To take part you will only need

• Trainers
• Loose fitting garments (e.g. tracksuit bottoms)
• T shirt
• Do not forget a drink

The emphasis is on keeping fit using Kung Fu techniques and skills.
